I’m Jessica Hart, HR consultant that navigates the “hr nightmares”. I have formal education in HR and Organizational Behavior coupled with a MBA. You’ll find my approach mixes the variables of people stuff and business stuff sensibly.

I am passionate about business transparency and role clarity.

I place importance on tough conversations because when you respect people enough to be honest, your team will trust you and run in the right direction.

I have a very unique skillset that works in the Alc Bev space, if you have alcohol in the workplace: you have found your HR person. I have unique experiences navigating the workplace where drinking is part of the job.
