How Does Pick My Brain Work?
If you’re facing a challenge and need support, Pick My Brain can mean anything. Maybe it’s a conversation about new legislation and what does this mean for you, or about how to develop a great pay policy, head count strategy or employment engagement program. Maybe you’d like to understand how to effectively hold people accountable.
Anything that’s become a stumbling block for your HR efforts is something we can discuss. I’ll work with you to address your specific business challenges.
Getting Started
If you’re interested, please send an email request to jessica@jessicahartconsulting (dot) com with “I want to pick your brain” in the subject line or fill out the contact form on the right. I’ll follow up shortly to set up a day and time for a phone or video conference call. A few days before our scheduled call, you’ll receive an invoice to make payment.
We’ll follow an agenda to make sure we address your challenges. My cost for this call is $425* for a non-client one-hour session.
